New twists and turn have stormed Chandigarh Administration as Google has found no reports of offering Rs 12 lakh per month package to Harshit Sharma. While media houses are still developing the news, according to the latest updates, Harshit’s story of claiming a job offer seems to be fake. According to Harshit’s mother, he got a call from an unknown number which gave the information about his placement. Harshit’s parents thought that it was a hoax call while Sharma informed the school about the opportunity. This is when the school released the press release about Harshit’s placement in google. To add more credence to this, Chandigarh administration also released a press statement about Harshit’s achievement. According to Harshit, he did not have any call letter but the matter of the fact is that the school presented the offer letter to the media which was full of mistakes and had no mention of the salary package.
Harshit Sharma, who has just completed his studies at Government school in Chandigarh, has grabbed a job offer from World’s best company, Google. He has bagged salary package of Rs 12 Lakh per month. Harshit appeared for Senior Secondary Examinations in March 2017 and had opted for IT (Information Technology) as a Vocational Course offered by CBSE. After getting call letter from google, Harshit is yet to believe that is for real and he has actually grabbed this opportunity to work for google.
According to the call letter, Google will keep Harshit as a trainee for a year at Rs 4 Lakh per month stipend during training time. After completing his training Google will pay him Rs 12 Lakh per month as a salary. He is appointed as a ‘Graphic Designer in Google’.
Talking about this success to the Chandigarh Newsline, Harshit said he started learning graphic designing when he was ten years. Harshit Sharma secretly took the training of graphic designing from his uncle. He said that whatever he has received today is only because of his Uncle. Harshit will go to California for training with Google on August 7.
He said that he never joined any institute to learn graphic designing, whatever he had learned today is because of his uncle. On the other hand, GMSSS Principal, Ms Indra Beniwal said that she is very happy and proud of Harshit’s achievement.
